Little Steps Nursery School is a privately appointed center of the 1st cycle of early childhood education. This school was founded in 2016 in Llivia and is located next to the Parc de St.Guillem. This school was founded because the number of children in Llívia has increased a lot and there were no centers for all the demand for places.
Our nursery school aims to provide a favorable environment for a good personal and social development of our children. In addition, we are a school that encourages and gives great importance to direct contact with nature and the environment. That is why we propose many activities to be carried out outside the center, such as excursions, getting to know the village, going to the theater, visiting historical monuments in the area, going to visit elderly people to learn about their history, playful excursions during the holidays (going for the "tió" at Christmas, going to make huts in the forest for the "Dijous llarder ", going for different materials to make carnival costumes ...) collaborating with different activities in the village to promote the spirit of making people ....
Our school aims that students learn through play, experimentation, music, sport and art to work and develop their mental, emotional and physical capacity. We also seek maximum contact with the natural material. Little Steps is a school for children from zero to three years old.
However, Little Steps School has a world-class website that provides more detailed information on all aspects of the school. We also have a parent association that is continuously active and open to everyone.
